If you have drawings, please send us to study your requests. If you don't have drawings, please send us sketch of your house measurements.
We help to explore your imagination with selections for materials, hardware, colors, style and special requests.
We will give you roughly idea of how much your kitchen cost, once have the budget agreements we will offer you the draft designs.
When you are satisfied with the draft design, we will arrange PI to confirm the order.
After receiving deposit payment we will offer shop drawings, and once you confirm the shop drawings, we will start to make production.
Once production ready we will trail assemble to make sure everything is correct before packing. And will arrange delivery upon to the day once balance arrived.
We will provide installation guidance. And any questions during installation or using, contact us to get helps at any time.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Sample order is welcomed means no MOQ requests. Bigger quantity with better prices.
Q: How many days for production?
A: Production usually takes around 30-45 days depends on the order quantity. Contact us to arrange “time schedule list” for your projects.
Q: Can you custom kitchen ?
A: Yes, of course. Customized sizes, colors, materials, hardware, etc. are available.
Q: What information do I need to submit ?
A: Joinery drawings are the best. Otherwise the most important information must be sizes and ceiling height of kitchen room, also the dimension & location for windows and doors. please send us If you have construction plans.
Q: How do you pack the kitchen cabinet ?
A: Regularly, cabinets will be flat packed (knock down) by cartons, the stone benchtop will be packed by plywood case, and please inform our sales If you want assembled.
Q: Can you offer door-to-door shipping service?
A: Yes, if you don’t have shipping agent let us do door-to-door shipping service for you, we used to export to Australia and have custom broker at destination. We can provide door-to-door for both FCL & LCL shipments to save your time to follow up export & import issues!
